This is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable home inspectors I have ever had my clients use. He knows homes and their systems. He is great at going through the home with my clients and explaining the difference between maintenance and real problems. If a house is good, he'll say so. If it has problems, he'll say so. Either way he creates a report with photos for my clients to use when they move in. Kudos to Mr. Busby!
